This company offers a diverse and complex client-base with an opportunity to develop into a Partner, as well as a flexible work environment and collaborative culture. Summary: We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 7+ years of public accounting experience who is interested in participating in their own career growth and working with a diverse client base to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns
- Manage all aspects of the client's tax requirements and consult with client on overall relationship
- Ensure the Firm's high standards are met or exceeded
- Leverage staff to achieve deadlines and manage budgets
- Establish and maintain a leadership role within the Firm
- Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff as needed
Requirements
- MST, EA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Ability to plan, supervise, and complete tax engagements
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Commitment to exceptional client service
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
